La Lauressie and Les Noisettes are two beautifully restored cottages 100m away from each other in a tranquil hamlet 2km from the village of Laguepie. This beautiful area, set above the Aveyron Gorge and close to the Lot and Tarn valleys, offers great walking and is a wonderful location for birdwatching, butterflies and wild flowers. A holiday here offers a real taste of peaceful French living.

Laguepie is a friendly village with two rivers, an ancient floodlit castle, shops, a regular market, restaurants, bars, canoeing, tennis, horseriding, riverbathing and fishing. There is a network of mountain bike trails locally.

A short drive away lie the medieval hilltop villages of Najac and Cordes sur Ciel, the historic towns of Albi and Villefranche de Rouergue and the gaillac wine region.

Nearest airports are Rodez (Ryanair) and Toulouse.
